  • Day to day Crisis Management Office support
  • Day to day BCP program execution support
  • Vendor coordination for BCP and Corporate Security systems
  • Site coordination for BCP, Crisis Management, and Corporate Security initiatives at headquarters and sales branch offices
  • Emergency communication tool inventory management
  • System maintenance management
    • Access Control System (card reader, security camera)
    • RescueNow data management
  • COVID-19 associates master data management
  • Corporate security incident handling
  • Annual Emergency Supplies inventory



  • Experience within the Financial Services sector within a global MNC preferred
  • Preferable to have project management skill        
  • Sense of crisis management and business continuity awareness and analytical abilities, able to communicate concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Flexible to working environment changes
  • Get-it-done attitude
  • Bi-lingual capability (Japanese / English) .. both spoken & written preferred
