Group Benefits Service Academy Program

Employment Overview

Service Academy is a hands-on program aimed at building service excellence skills and an understanding of MetLife’s group benefits, and the group benefits industry overall. The Service training program provides dedicated mentors to help guide trainees through the program and serve as a support system. The program will include classroom style experiential learning, job shadowing, and customer simulations in order to learn the group benefits industry, MetLife’s group benefits, our operating systems, communication skills, and service excellence skills.
