Role Value Proposition: 

This position works closely with their Service partners to manage posting and reconciliation efforts for large complex Specialty Market relationships.

   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Advanced level subject matter expert, subject to minimal supervision.
  • Handles extremely complex and/or high dollar amount transactions posting and reconciliation activities.
  • Researches and resolves complex reconciliation, banking, billing, collection, or payment methodology problems.
  • Serves as a point of contact for escalated case reconciliation inquiries.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 5+ years of business experience with 3-4 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel; VLOOKUP, Pivot table
  • Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma

 

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of GroupFacts
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office suite proficient
