Position Summary

 

 

Candidate with Overall experience of 4+ years. Should be experienced in Identity Governance – Identity & Access Management support function. Should have understanding of Application onboarding and Identity IIQ preferably in SailPoint Technology. Should have an experience of 2+ years in Application onboarding and SailPoint Administration

 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

1. Responsible for individual delivery of services related to application onboarding

2. Good client engagement and management skills to achieve desired customer satisfaction

3. Ability to derive best practices to achieve desired performance with-in Team

4. Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

 

Education

  • College degree preferably in IT

 

 

Experience

  • External candidate: Preferably 4+ year experience on a profile preferably aligned to Identity & Access Management related support function

 

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Understanding and Experience of application onboarding and SailPoint features and functions
  • 3+ years of working experience with Application Onboarding and SQL Queries and Stored procedures
  • Experienced in integrating applications using APIs (SOAP/REST) and SailPoint connectors like JDBC, Logiplex or others
  • Knowledge - either of / combination of web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Testing process and procedures
  • Good understanding of User Access Management and IAM concepts.

 

  • Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
  • Communication skills – ability to read, interpret business documents. Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Managing Self / Adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to deliver accurate and detailed results within firm deadlines

 

 

Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)

  • Certified / Trained / Experienced
    • Administration / Implementation of SailPoint

  • TL/AM - for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support and also for the purpose of work thread related issues and escalated transactions
  • UM / Manager - for the purpose of answering issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance
  • Team Members for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required
