This position is responsible to perform the following activities:


  • Salesforce Production Support.
  • Email Responses
  • Able to login into salesforce and validate the user’s issue.
  • Able to coordinate different development teams and collate the response to share with stakeholders
  • Able to raise the ticket as per requirement.
  • Understanding of Service now ticketing system and code releases.
  • Able to read SOP and perform desired actions as per business requirement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities




  • B. Tech. / M.C.A.



  • Approx. 3 years


Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Salesforce Production Experience.
  • Salesforce (Service Cloud / Sales Cloud).
  • Understanding of service now ticketing tool.


Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)

Preferred any one of the certification

  • Salesforce Platform developer 1
  • Salesforce Admin 201
