Position Summary

 

 

This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting & BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy.  The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

  1. Experience in ITSM ServiceNow reporting
  2. Ability to work ServiceNow Performance Analytics development
  3. Perform BAU activities for ITSM reporting
  4. Ability to communicate effectively
  5. Understand and analyze Business requirements accurately and provide optimum solution to meet functional and performance requirement

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education

 

Experience

  • Total experience of 6+ years

 

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Hands on experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics development
  • ITSM ServiceNow reporting
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Self-disciplined and results oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units
