Position Summary


This process extend support to Asia (xJapan) leadership by ensuring proper governance of various requirement need to be fulfilled by Service and operations teams in all countries across Asia (xJapan). Provide timely and meaningful analysis and insights to the leadership. The process supports 8 countries in Asia with different time-zones.


Job Responsibilities


Principal Responsibilities:


  1. Support countries to prepare Monthly Ops review deck
  2. Work on the ad-hoc requests from GCSO, GORM and other regional teams
  3. Review, track and report compliance, internal audit and self-identified issues
  4. Review and report monthly metrics – Actual vs Target
  5. Review, track and report financial KPIs, Ops Spend and FTE – Actual vs Forecast
  6. Review and report monthly complaints
  7. Review and report Aging balances – Payables and Receivables
  8. Support during financial planning cycle


Skill set


Customer Focus and Partnership


  1. To engage with operations team from Asia countries (ex. Japan)
  2. To ensures requests from GORM, GCSO team are taken care timely. 
  3. To help countries during internal audits by sharing prior audit reports, pre-audit testing.
  4. To ensure that the open issues are timely closed


Time/Project Management


  1. Prioritize and focus to meet customer expectations and project deadlines.
  2. Work under constant changing environment.
  3. Manage multiple tasks to ensure all deliverables are completed by due dates.


Perform ad hoc tasks/projects



Work timing : 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm (IST) (flexible to Asia working hours)





Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Graduate in any discipline




  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting, budgeting and forecasting, MI reporting


Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

  • Good understanding of accounting and finance, budgeting and forecasting and MI reporting. 
  • An inquisitive and logical thinking mind and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (independence and confidence to present views and perspectives).
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective and concise writing skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of the organization's operations and its culture.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and poficiency in Microsoft Office software packages, especially word and power point.
