Position Summary




The role is responsible to support and drive Financial Assurance / Internal Audit reviews for MetLife Global Operations Support Centers.

Job Responsibilities


  • Work closely with / under the guidance of Financial Assurance Lead to execute planned audit / assurance reviews, including preparation of scope coverage and work papers, and managing the deliverables within the given timeframe.
  • Perform periodic review of business operations to ensure financial governance around existing processes
  • Periodic review of financial transactions for accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies
  • Carry out procedures to ensure that company’s operations comply & in adherence to approved policies and procedures
  • Evaluating adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Ensure that process reviews follow a risk-based approach covering planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow up.
  • Identify areas in need of improvement and assist business in development of action plans
  • Prepare reports and liaise with the business to obtain management responses and action plans
  • Engage with business stakeholders for timely closer of agreed action plans
  • Preparation of periodic reports and dashboards for Management updates




  • Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience in Internal Audit function




Work Experience (Years) : 3 – 5
