Maintaining a strong ethical culture has been central to MetLife's success. The Senior Compliance Analyst, an individual contributor, is responsible for leading, managing, and championing global initiatives designed to maintain, enhance, and promote a strong culture of ethical behavior across MetLife.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Act as project manager and subject matter expert for MetLife’s company-wide Code Certification Program 
  • Independently lead the development, implementation, and management of global ethical culture-related training, communication, and behavioral change projects
  • Manage MetLife’s global Code of Conduct annual review process
  • Create, maintain, and manage team-related documentation including manuals, training materials, presentations, and reports
  • Evaluate and document manual or labor-intensive processes and procedures, and make recommendations for automation and/or continued improvement
  • Assist in Ethics Program innovation and performance measurement, including the implementation of ethical culture assessments and surveys
  • Identify, monitor and report on Ethics Program metrics and key risk indicators
  • Research best practices and trends for enhancing ethical culture and behavior to mitigate ethics-related organizational risk, and provide advice to business partners
  • Manage special projects as needed

  • Experience with ethics, compliance, or behavioral change-related projects
  • Experience creating communication materials, presentations, and reports
  • Expertise in project management
  • Experience capturing and monitoring metrics
  • Knowledge of learning, collaboration, social media, and/or survey tools and technology
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of financial services a plus
  • Additional certifications a plus (CCEP, LPEC, SHRM-SCP, CPLP, PMP, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
