Role Value Proposition:   

New business sales and retention of MetLife issued DCIO stable value collective trust products

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Work with financial advisors, TPA’s, recordkeepers and plan consultants in a defined territory to drive new business sales and retention of DCIO trust partner stable value collective trust solutions.  Promote in market other MetLife issued stable value solutions such as TDF offerings.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Expert focus on customer.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills.
  • Expert Problem solving and creative thinking.
  • Advanced organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Office365 and SalesForce preferred.

 

Experience and Education:

Required:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of supported products/markets and selling/servicing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational skills including time and resource management
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Effective relationship building capabilities
  • State Insurance Licenses and Series 6 and 63 required within 6 months of hire.

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred; advanced degree is a plus
  • Qualified Retirement Plan sales experience desired
  • Stable Value experience preferred

The wage range for this position specific to Colorado is $105,000.  You may be also eligible for the MetLife Annual Variable Incentive Plan ("AVIP").  Your eligibility for an AVIP award are governed by the terms of the applicable plan or program documents.
