Role Value Proposition: 

The People Analytics & Workforce Planning Lead Consultant is a part of the People Planning & Insights team within Global Human Resources. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners to provide data driven insights which will enable HR and the business to achieve its talent goals. The role will also deliver Strategic Workforce Planning to establish a multi-year action plan designed to establish the workforce needed to succeed today and into the future.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders, building strong relationships, gaining deep understanding of the clients’ business and talent strategies. Combine this knowledge with analytics subject matter expertise to provide high quality analyses which support evidenced based decision making
  • Conduct Strategic Workforce Planning conversations with business leaders and HRBP. Understand the strategies of the business and the impact of emerging technologies and external factors to identify talent needs for the future. Leverage internal and external data to assess talent gaps, forecast resource needs and model future scenarios to identify and prioritize talent risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct people analytics projects, identifying meaningful insights to proactively share with leadership
  • Effectively tell a story with data and analytics; be highly skilled at developing executive level presentations and communications for senior management.
  • Research best practices and maintain awareness of trends and developments within the analytics discipline.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Ability to conduct highly complex analyses and to incorporate data from multiple sources to identify insights and trends. Must be able to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Strong consulting, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills. Must have strong business acumen, with ability to quickly understand clients’ business and ask questions to get to core issues. Imperative to be client-centric.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create presentations appropriate for executive management and non-analytical audiences.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Naturally curious and eager to assume responsibility and demonstrate initiative.
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • 10+ years demonstrated work experience working in an analytical role


  • Solid understanding of HR principles, techniques and procedures, as well as how HR supports business implications.
  • Statistics expertise
  • Prior roles in People Analytics or Strategic Workforce Plannin



This is a global team with expectation to occasionally travel and conduct meetings outside of normal business hours when necessary
