The Role:

To achieve and exceed the stated qualitative and quantitative results to build a strong DSF (Direct Sales Force) team that is customer centric, sustainable, profitable & compliant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan and direct all the business aspects of the DSF distribution to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timelines
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with stakeholders and Customers (internal & external) 
  • Mixe directive and/or collaborative style of work ‘with and through’ Field Force to recruit & develop Insurance Advisors so that the 3 drivers of business – Activity, Productivity and Average Premium – are driven to achieve the desired objectives.
  • Establish and adhere to sales management processes
  • Improvise the standards and procedures, which facilitate the effective, disciplined and consistent functioning of the Direct Sales Force structure. Ensures that Insurance Advisors are in full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines and ensure that all mandatory ‘online’ courses are completed with 100% participation.
  • Communicate and ensure implementation of the Insurance Advisor’s “Best Practices”
  • Ensure that “sales practice quality program” of MetLife is implemented
  • Understand and adhere to all Compliance requirements, including but not limited to, reporting of suspicious transactions, screening requirements, as applicable, and the retention of Company records; plus provide timely support and unrestricted access to information as well as attend all training requests from Compliance.

 

Qualifications:

Business Knowledge/Technical Skills

  • Graduate preferably in marketing or business administration
  • Life Insurance Sales and Management experience with successful record considered as an asset
  • Fluency in English.  Arabic mother language.
  • Experience in multinational companies (desirable)
  • Successful track record of having worked in challenging environments
