Role Value Proposition: 

This Coordinator role will partner with Communication Firm Relationship Manager, Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Product and Service organization to support the growth of the Communication Firms.  In this role the incumbent will focus on creating strategies to support the Communication Firms by creating materials to support business plans, developing & deploying cross market strategies to increase business as well as reviewing & analyzing metrics to create recommendations to present to management.

 

Ensures operational excellence through identification, prioritization and implementation of projects that meet strategic, tactical, market and customer demands.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supports the firm day to day
  • Involved in strategic meetings and discussions for joint business plans and goals
  • Case level commission issues
  • Advancing requests and recoupment management
  • Helps to support service escalated issues
  • Product feedback
  • Create materials, align with partner organizations, execute follow up across various channels to support Stewardship meetings
  • Serve as SME on Entity Identification enhancements as well as TPE continuous improvement
  • Work with Finance to review blocks of business related to commission aspects (Vesting, Heaped, Advancing) to monitor the health of the block.  Develop new criteria to meet market expectations
  • Partner with UW to review quoted cases & discuss escalated cases with management to review commissions & participation expectations
  • Review case escalations involving Service, Implementation, Billing & Compensation issues presenting recommendations for resolution to management
  • Monitor participation, lapses and number of sold voluntary product lines to identify gaps
  • Partner with Implementation weekly health cases that are in process offering solutions and assistance when cases are in “Red”
    Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, multi-task and high efficiency in organizational strategies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 applications and aptitude to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to make recommendations
  • Experienced presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working autonomously and manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated to learn more about sales practices and proactive in personal development

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
