Job Title: Sr. Business Planning & Strategy Consultant 

 

 

Role Value Proposition: 

 

This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff for US Technology, helping to enable the multi-year technology transformation across US Technology.  The role will also act as a support role for new associates joining the organization.  In addition, the role will frequently facilitate messaging of complex IT initiatives internally and externally through the creation of executive level communications.

    

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Socialization Workflow framework to drive organizational strategies and cultural change
  • Enable Knowledge Management structure for content and controls for currency
  • Develop and support SharePoint sites for organizational collaboration and awareness
  • Create Newsletters, Yammer posts, Teams, digital forums, digital media to inform and support development of organizational culture, including emerging technology topics and process change.
  • Contribute to hosting Events and Contests, event booths, organized internal/external competitions
  • Create interactive computer-based training modules hosted internally, to support knowledge transfer within UST.
  • Report metrics and KPIs on utilization and impact of different change/communication initiatives.

 

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/Software Engineering industry with awareness into emerging technology topics.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, facilitation and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills, with ability to communicate complex technical messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story
  • Demonstrated proficiency facilitating organizational change management initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating forums, workshops, process trainings
  • Multi-media, omni-channel experience in delivering organizational strategy and themes
  • Thought leader in applying new concepts and coaching approaches.

 

 

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in insurance industry and/or a consulting background is highly welcome
