As a Scrum Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals by implementing, coaching, and supporting the adoption and ongoing sustainment of ART and team practices, identifying, and eliminating impediments and facilitating the flow of the ART and the team. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Help the team(s) embrace Agile values, adopt and apply Agile principles, and implement Agile practices. 
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning, while maintaining a healthy team backlog ready for execution. 
  • Coordinate interdependencies between dependent teams. Proactively identify and work to remove or escalate impediments to team delivery. 
  • Track and report on agile team metrics (CFD, Burndown/up, velocity), escalating issues as needed.  Ability to report in Waterfall or Agile. 
  • Participate in SM Community of Practice. 


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 5+ plus years in product development and engineering Agile development and/or project management environment 
  • 2+ plus years in project management 
  • Experience in Agile Practices 
  • Experience in the SDLC 
  • Experience in collaboration and facilitation practices 
  • Experience in conflict resolution and organization coordination 



  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 7+ plus years in product development and engineering Agile development and/or project management environment 
  • 4+ plus years in project management 
  • Proficiency in Agile Practices 
  • Proficiency in the SDLC 
  • Certified Scrum Master
