Role Value Proposition: 

This position requires a good understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access management specially CyberArk. He/she will be responsible for translating business requirements to technical functionality within the application. This individual must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with end users, vendor, and other IAM team members. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in all CyberArk deployment activities, PSM configuration, High availability configuration, workflow configuration and development, and platform integration.
  • Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related efforts.
  • Provide application-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk severs to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.
  • Creating and Managing Safes, platforms and Owners and CPM policies management.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • 6+ years of Privileged Access Management Experience with CyberArk or similar product, including working with components such as vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI and providers.
  • 4+ years of security and systems standards, Access Management, Authorization/ Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.
  • 4+ years of experience working with account management on various platforms such a Windows, UNIX, Active Directory, LDAP, network devices, databases and storage systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on UNIX and Windows servers.
  • 5+ years of experience with installation, integration and deployment of enterprise applications in client environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree



  • Familiarity with Atlassian products such as JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.
  • Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus.
  • Understanding of how to integrate applications via web services (SOAP/REST) will be a plus.
