Role Value Proposition: 

 

The Marketing Campaign Lead is part of the Global Marketing Technology team within GTO.  They provide campaign management expertise and services to multiple LOBs, programs, and geographies across MetLife.  They collaborate with LOBs to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives on the design and implementation of marketing campaign solutions for internal business partners in support of business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives that drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with business partners on the development of new campaigns and test & learn experiments
  • Liaison with key stakeholders
  • Translate business marketing requirements into data-driven campaign segmentation strategies
  • Develop functional specifications, programing campaign requirements, audience segmentation, model score application
  • Define tracking and measurement rules to support performance management, identifying and remediating issues along the campaign development lifecycle
  •  

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience as business or systems analyst in database marketing and/or  analytics
  • Proven experience with marketing automation applications such as UNICA and Adobe Campaign
  • Hands on experienced with relational databases
  • Ability to operate strategically while leveraging the tactical skills to manage day-to-day business needs  
  • Excellent project management skills; able to deliver projects with consistent high quality and on time
  • Familiarity with agile and PMO methodologies
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or IT field

 Preferred:

  • Knowledge of marketing cloud applications such as Adobe or Google Marketing Cloud a plus
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or IT field preferred
