Role Value Proposition: 

Manages multiple development projects, development groups and/or applications that  support the functions of the GTO Project/Program Management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems, inclusive of prioritization for release management and planning production deployments
  • Defines and manages resource requirements and allocations, monitors and improves quality, and ensures 'best practice' development techniques.
  • Liaison to Infrastructure partners
  • Works closely with client departments in development and implementation of application programs having impact on improving the business.
  • Advises application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements.
  • Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Manages relationship with vendors – including escalating support tickets, request information, roadmap presentations, user community, etc.
  • Assists in developing vendor statements of work, deliverables and SLAs
  • Responsible for monthly financial management and administrative activities


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience configuring and managing Project and Portfolio Management systems , preferable CA PPM (Clarity), inclusive of  NSQL and Jaspersoft reporting
  • Proven experience configuring and managing Requirements Management tools, preferable Blueprint
  • Proven experience configuring and managing complex SharePoint Sites
  • Familiarity with SQL and adherence to SDLC methodologies




  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • Minimum 2 years management, supervisory or team lead experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing offshore teams required


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong Communication Skills
