Reporting to the VP of HR for Global IT, this position will partner with various senior leaders and their respective teams to facilitate culture change and build leadership capability.  The position is accountable for leading/enabling some of the following priorities: organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, change management and culture transformation.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and their respective teams by providing full talent life cycle support.  Engage with our HR centers of excellence (CoE) as needed.
  • Participate in the execution of a comprehensive and integrated client talent strategy to enable business objectives and priorities.
  • Provide direction, and expertise to enable leaders to manage large-scale business and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Work and communicate effectively across HR and client organizations as initiatives or circumstances may require.
  • Influence evolution of organizational culture to be more collaborative and inclusive.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Foster an agile working environment that drives continuous improvement and empowers teams to deliver with impact.

 

Essential Business & Technical Skills/Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven success interfacing with executive business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of overall HR programs and services to deliver solutions to clients
  • Demonstrated assessment and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Change leadership and stewardship
  • Strategic and operational talent management
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Human Resource Management
