Role Value Proposition: 

This role will enable IAM team to strengthen our ability to onboard new applications to AccessCentral thereby enabling MetLife to better meet various SOX/SSAE18 regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will work closely with audit, IAM governance and other business units to address any audit issues associated with our regulatory applications and controls.
  • The primary responsibility will include business systems analysis and solution design with a secondary focus on leading integration of business applications with MetLife Identity Management toolsets.
  • Secondary responsibilities will involve assisting in QA testing of solutions prior to release into Production to ensure requirements are met, producing project/program status reports, coordinating efforts with the technology implementation teams, and other tasks as assigned.
  • The role will report to IAM Service Delivery Director.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 3-5 years’ experience identity management technologies
  • 5-10 years Technical Project Management experience in running multiple, strategic or enterprise-level projects
  • Accomplished change agent/leader, able to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated technical security/administration experience for application or platform (e.g. Active Directory, Unix, Database, etc.)
  • Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated comprehension of privileged access management approaches
  • IT Risk & Security, Identity/Access Management background
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills



  • College degree or equivalent
  • Experience implementing identity management or privilege access technologies
