You’ll be joining a business that is expanding, cares about the community and the environment. You will get a 9% pension as standard, increasing to 13% company max contribution (plus your 4% = a 17% pension). Role Value Proposition: 


As part of MetLife’s B2B Marketing team in the UK, and a member of the EMEA marketing community, the Senior Marketing Executive will belong to a small team that has the support of a Global Brand and Marketing team behind it.  The Senior Marketing Executive will work in a team that collaborates across functions within the UK and connects with marketers across MetLife to deliver marketing and communications that drive achievement of the UK’s business goals whilst ensuring brand integrity and continuous improvements in marketing and sales effectiveness.  


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the delivery of the marketing plans across both business lines
  • Management of partner relationships and marketing activity
  • Creation and development of content
  • Be responsible for managing the marketing approvals process and ensuring assets remain on schedule
  • Management of the social media calendar
  • Support management of the website CMS
  • Support with the reporting and feedback of: web performance data, email marketing campaigns, paid, owned and earned activity and marketing funnel performance; social media
  • Create and grow trusted cross-functional relationships: collaborate with sales, proposition, legal, compliance and communications
  • Work with our agencies to create our marketing materials
  • Support with any event organization and management as required
  • Support on any projects as required



Essential Business Experience



  • 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Copywriting experience across a variety of mediums; someone who can easily adapt their style to the required form




  • Marketing qualification (CIM Digital Diploma or similar)
  • Experience of tools such as CMS, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce
  • Experience with measurement of marketing performance


Essential Technical Skills: 



  • Knowledge of marketing principles, fundamental finance & budgeting concepts
  • Knowledge of marketing planning and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


The Senior Marketing Executive will be required to work from the office at least 1 day per week (more likely 1 – 3 days as required)
