Client Service Analyst - Investment Management

In this role you will perform a variety of functions to support MetLife Investment Management’s real estate client base.  You will produce comprehensive portfolio reports for separate account clients and complete data templates for fund investors on a quarterly basis. In addition to the quarterly reporting process, you will assist with responding to day-to-day inquiries from our clients, such as questions on their portfolio or change management requests. In addition, you may be involved with supporting the onboarding of new Real Estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports to MIM’s existing Real Estate client base
• Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions from clients
• Participate in projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes
• Assist in the onboarding of new Real Estate clients

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

• Undergraduate degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Able to accomplish a variety of tasks in an efficient, organized manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred:

• Experience in Real Estate or Investment Management
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce
