保険金業務領域に関係するプロジェクトや新商品開発、EOL対応など多くのプロジェクトがあります。これらのプロジェクトを確実にデリバリーしていくためにはビジネスやアナリスト、アーキテクト、インフラ、開発ベンダーと緊密に連携してスクラムチームを推進するスクラムリードが必要不可欠です。

保険金業務領域では新商品開発やEOL/EOSプロジェクト、レガシーアプリケーション合理化など複数のプロジェクトがあります。その中にはAIの活用やデジタル化により社内のエンドユーザやお客さま体験の向上といった将来の保険金業務とそのシステムを一緒に作っていくようなプロジェクトもあります。これらのプロジェクトにおいて、スクラムリードとしてスクラムチームを牽引していただきます。

生命保険ビジネスに関する知見（バックオフィス、特に保険金・給付金の請求支払）と、テクノロジースキルの両方をあわせもったアプリケーション開発経験者を探しています。その中でも、今後当社のIT部門の中心メンバーとして、プロダクトオーナー、開発チーム、他のスクラムマスターと協力して、アジャイルデリバリーモデルを実践、推進していくことができる人材を求めています。

・会社の戦略や目標を実現、サポートするためにITプロジェクトのデリバリーを行う。

・複数のスクラムチームをリードし、チームメンバーの課題解決を支援する。

・アナリスト、アーキテクト、インフラチームと密接に連携し、メットライフのグローバルプラットフォームリファレンスアーキテクチャと整合性をとる。

・オンショア/オフショア開発者と協働しながら、品質の高いアプリケーションシステムを素早くリリースする。

・本番サポートやインシデント対応、問題管理などの継続的改善にも取り組み、システム安定化に寄与する。

・チームの代表として、組織横断的な案件の管理、取り纏めを担当する。

In the Claims area, there are several projects, including new Product Development, EOL/EOS projects, and legacy application rationalization etc. Some of these projects involve the use of AI and digitization to create our future Claim business and systems together, such as improved end users and customer's experiences. In these projects, you can lead the Scrum team as Scrum lead.

We are seeking a talent with Insurance Business knowledge (especially Claim business area) / technology skills and application development experience, and capable to collaborate with the Product Owner, Development Team, other Scrum Leaders to practice/promote Agile Delivery Model.

・Deliver IT projects to support corporate strategy and company/business goals.

・Work closely with analysts, architects and Infra team to align with the MetLife Global Platform Reference Architecture.

・Work with on/off-shore developers for application system release with quality and velocity.

・Contribute to system stability by engaging continuous improvement, such as production support, incident restoration and problem management etc.

・You would be responsible for managing cross-functional projects as a team representative.

経験

・10年以上の保険会社でのITアプリケーション開発（立場は不問）

・3年以上のアジャイル開発

スキル（下記いずれか2つ以上）

・開発：JAVA, VB, C, Oracle, SQL Serverなど

・Cloud：Azureなど

・自動化：リリース・テストなど

・分析：ビジネス要件定義、ユーザーストーリー作成など

・管理：プロジェクトマネジメント、スクラムリードなど
