This position reports to the Manager of Quality and Customer Experience. The main responsibilities of this role include quality review for eligibility and premium allocation, process and procedure development, and overall program training and new hire support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Global quality initiatives including auditing eligibility and premium allocation; reviewing error trending for possible training opportunities; reporting metrics; presenting/discussing results; setting metrics to monitor and measure process performance; and training appropriate departments on new or updated policies, procedures, systems, etc.
- Supports development, testing, and training of new eligibility system.
- Documenting new policy and procedures that will support eligibility and premium programs as well as communicating updates to appropriate business partners.
- Open to cross training opportunities including auditing claims, contracts, underwriting, NPS, and customer service (emails and calls).
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required
- Working knowledge of the functions, processes, and systems at an international medical company
- Working knowledge of the functions, processes, expertise, and systems needed for eligibility and premium allocation.
- 3-4 years of related work experience
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of international medical claim processing
