As a member of the Business Solutions team you will join a dynamic group of responsive professionals leading cross-divisional and global projects.  You will interact extensively with internal customers to help define exciting new business initiatives and provide business process and integration analysis, business requirements gathering and analysis, functional design, and preparation of associated documents for large cross-functional/global projects.

 

This position will focus on reviewing existing processes and interaction models and implementing procedural changes across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex relationships as it relates to overall performance, service level metrics, financial results, and customer and client service requests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Develop user stories, UI mock-ups/prototypes, process diagrams, and other documentation to effectively convey requirements to the development team.
  • Work with Business Stakeholders, Operations Teams, Development Teams, Technical SMEs, and Leadership to ensure that the solutions provided align with the business requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and provide continued best practice support to leaders to ensure successful adaptation of the initiative. 
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and communicate effectively with the Business Owner if an immediate solution cannot be reached.
  • Create user guides/tutorials to educate customer base on new features and/or enhancements.
  • Participate in and/or lead the user acceptance testing and facilitate the feedback to Development Team as part of the iterative solution development processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of the new solutions by providing subject matter expert support in the change management process.
  • Assist in and/or lead retrospectives to evaluate the success of the solutions delivered and the business stakeholder’s perspective of his/her experience within the project.
  • Perform continued evaluations of end users system adoption and work with end users to identify opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Use analytical tools and methodologies to analyze data and identify process improvement, opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Effective complex problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to own a task from requirements to deployment and support.
  • Experience with formal project management practices, problem management, Process Reengineering, Change control and strategic project planning.
  • Works autonomously and collaboratively; effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritizes deadlines appropriately.

 

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing business analysis for business process improvements
  • Working knowledge of analytical thinking, relationship management, effective communications, and process management.
  • MS Office proficiency including Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Health Insurance industry knowledge, group benefits, and Expatriate Benefits knowledge.
