Role: 

Looking for a Software Engineer to join MIM Client Reporting/Billing team. It is an exciting time to join the team which sits at the core of external client communication as we are scaling the platform to extend support of product capability for additional asset classes.

    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform development activities for Client Reporting/Billing that includes working in Azure platform (databricks), MS SQL database, ETL and Reporting tool
  • Contribute to the creation of User Stories, Tasks, and various documentation as appropriate
  • Participate in successful completion of all technical deliverables including software development, unit tests, and peer reviews
  • Work in a scrum team environment utilizing the Agile Delivery Model
  • Provide on-going support during monthly and quarterly Client Reporting/Billing production cycles

 

Essential Technical Skills and Business Experience:

Required:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field
  • 1–2 + years of work experience with MS SQL/Oracle Database, experience in writing stored procedures, dynamic queries, and troubleshooting performance issues
  • 1-2+ years of experience in programming languages (C# and Python)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with the business team

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in Data Integration Tools (preferably SSIS) with the ability to develop ETL packages. understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL strategy and best practices.
  • Experience working with tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps. Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous development.
  • Experience working in Agile environment. Knowledge of SAFe framework.
