Role Value Proposition

 

The Cash Management Consultant will coordinate and develop relationships with shared service centers, Lines of Business, and subsidiaries, by providing effective banking tools to help reduce bank service fees and improve the efficiency of operations and cash management. The candidate will implement operation plans and lead integration activities for banking processes including collection, disbursement, bank account management and bank fees. This Cash Manager will be responsible to managing working capital at the legal entity level for both cash desks in LATAM and in the US.  Individual will also be responsible for accurate metrics and portfolio/cash reporting

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Perform daily Cash Management responsibilities and ensuring settlement of all cash flows
  • Monitor legal entity working capital and taking necessary action when liquidity is not at optimal levels
  • Responsible for all business reporting of projections and actuals
  • Ensuring all cash projections are loaded in our cash tool (Kyriba) either via feed or manually
  • Coordinates and develops relationships with shared service Centers, Lines of Business, and subsidiaries by providing effective banking tools to help reduce bank service fees and improve the efficiency of operations and cash management
  • Functions as primary contact to resolve any operational problems in daily Treasury/Cash Management activities; reviews and recommends changes as necessary
  • Ensures quality processes and customer satisfaction in processing of collection, disbursement, bank account management, bank fee activities and cash management
  • May act in a project leadership and/or team member role
  • Provides guidance, oversight, and subject matter expertise to junior analysts
  • Analyzes and reports banking relationships to senior management and Treasury
  • Analyze and report on monthly and quarterly cash flow analysis, research, and report variances to management
  • Responsible for producing a monthly dashboard for the business with KPI metrics

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, fundamentals, and techniques of cash management
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial theory and applications and of financial statement analysis
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, trading strategies, and market characteristics
  • 3-5 years of related Treasury or Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CCM, or CPA, preferred
  • Competencies: Analytical, strong computer skills with experience with MS Excel modeling (including Analysis ToolPak), PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, project management and strong communication skills
