MIM is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Institutional Client Group (ICG) in a role focused on preparing and updating marketing collateral across our platform of investment offerings to be utilized for new business opportunities, globally. This position requires a self-motivated and extremely organized candidate with strong attention to detail. In addition, the ideal candidate for this position must be comfortable in collaborating on a daily basis with multiple departments across the organization, including but not limited to senior investment professionals, portfolio specialists, marketing, sales and relationship management, operations, legal, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and continuously maintain the Firm’s inventory of standard presentation pitchbooks and summary factsheets on a quarterly basis across public fixed income, private capital and real estate investment products.
  • Lead the Firm’s initiative of utilizing Vermillion, a third-party system used for client reporting and marketing material production, to update collateral and improve overall processes and efficiencies.
  • Actively collaborate with ICG and Investment teams to continuously identify areas for improvement and to ensure a streamlined review process.
  • Manage the Firm’s Sharepoint site to ensure compliance approved marketing materials are published and available in a timely manner for global ICG use.
  • Understand and apply the local regulatory requirements for marketing collateral used across the United States, EMEA, Japan and Hong Kong, respectively.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to ensure MIM’s branding guidelines are always maintained.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Prior experience working within a marketing or sales department for an institutional asset manager.
  • Experience using Vermillion or a comparable client reporting/marketing material software tool.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.



  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working for institutional asset managers who offer Public and Private Fixed Income as well as Real Estate Debt and Equity products.
  • Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately.
  • Familiarity with using Salesforce CRM, TaskRay, and eVestment Analytics / Design-Lab.
