We are looking for a Middle Office Corporate Actions Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for a broad scope of corporate action functions and managing the transaction lifecycle. You will work very closely with the Portfolio Management team and must be able to handle multiple queries from the trading desk at any given time. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work efficiently and will have the ability to multitask while still maintaining detail orientation.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support and review all stages of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
  • Respond to all inquiries from front office and liaise with back office operations
  • Reconcile activity between Aladdin and Custody; Resolve all cash and asset breaks timely
  • Ensure all restrictions are applied
  • Identify process and system improvements and work closely with business and technology to implement


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 3-5 years of related corporate actions experience; Accounting knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power-point, Word)
  • Functional experience with Aladdin
  • Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, team player, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to question the status quo, be a critical thinker, and look for ways to create and implement efficiencies



  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Portfolio Accounting Management or cash accounting applications
