The successful Client Service Associate is a member of the Private Capital Client Service Operations team within MIM. The highly motivated professional is responsible for producing and delivering timely and accurate reporting to MIM’s existing Private Capital client base, completing, managing, and resolving reconciliations, and for completing monthly and quarterly client reviews. The professional will have the opportunity to participate in the client onboarding, offboarding, and existing client change management processes and should feel comfortable cultivating existing and new client relationships.  


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports to MIM’s existing Private Capital client base
  • Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions clients
  • Reconcile and manage oversight for cash and position reconciliations
  • Participate in the client onboarding, offboarding, and change management process
  • Participate in projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 1-4 years relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)



  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience with Aladdin, Salesforce, and/or Vermilion
