Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation.  This role, for a Post Issue Services Rep II, will be responsible for the intake of calls and responding to researching, follow-up, and resolution of issues raised by internal company agents, representatives, or other employees dealing with company products and services for their customers. 

   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handles inquiries and problems that are non-routine and may require adaptation of response and problem solving techniques.
  • Research and resolves moderately complex requests and discuss options.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ yrs. related experience

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ yrs. related experience
  • Series 6 preferred
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus.
