Tracks, reports, analyzes, and presents financial and operational metrics to influence business decisions and determine areas of operational improvement.

    

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Tracks, analyzes and reports complex financial and operational metrics information for the Group and Direct To Customer organization.
  • Delves deep and explores new data sources internally and externally to arrive at data driven determinations to business problems.
  • Compiles and analyzes operational and transactional data and creates high level ad hoc reports of operational financial and performance results, including trend analysis, status of major initiatives, escalating issues, and potential solutions.
  • Provides reporting and analysis to line managers and prepares executive summaries for senior management.
  • Presents results, analysis and potential solutions to management and senior leadership at business reviews and/or operational updates.
  • Provides project management support to various initiatives by providing financial, work measurement, and metrics reporting support.
  • Manages strategic projects that encompass both short and long term business planning.
  • Performs cost benefit analysis for re-engineering and technology initiatives, identifies expense reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities.
