Role Value Proposition: 

The main purpose of the HR Generalist role is to enable an enhance employee experience while being the HR local point of contact for operational support and supporting end to end HR processes serving as the lynch pin between HRBPs and the broader HRSS organization, including the Accenture team.

This role supports Business Leaders and HR Cluster Lead to mobilize effective and forward-thinking people solutions by providing end-to-end integrated talent support and utilizing growing functional and business knowledge to tailor programs and solutions.

    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly payroll activities in collaboration with our payroll supplier
  • Manage relationship and collaborate with our external partner in human resources activities Accenture partner
  • Provide support and guidance to our colleagues during transition process to new HR model
  • Prepare annual HR budget in strong collaboration with each functional head and our regional finance team
  • Administer requests for approvals on talents changes related to compensation, job and reporting line
  • Offer support to HR Cluster Lead for organizational changes and organizational design initiatives
  • Offers constant support to management team in people related requests
  • Maintain relation with external HR vendors as: medical provider, labor protection vendor, payroll vendor
  • Use data and insights to understand trends, uncover issues and support decisions making
  • Provide advice and support on planning for annual compensation reviews, be active in compensation planning process
  • Prepare reports and analyzes related to the compensation and benefits for employees
  • Make proposals and implement actions related to employee retentions cases
  • Maintain the relationship and collaborate with: Employee Relations team EMEA, Compensation & Benefits teams EMEA, L&D team, talent acquisition team, external lawyers and external consultants on tax and legislation on labor area
  • Active participation and proposals for maintaining and developing a constructive organizational culture, supporting our local champions to implement programs for: Wellness, Engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Coordinate vendor management process across HR and provide oversight on supplier tasks
  • Ensure understanding of country specific regulations needed to support labor strategy
  • Design and execute plans to support leaders on organizational design, job or role design, workforce development and other initiatives that enable strategic goals

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Technical skills to utilize automation/technology that will improve process efficiency and enhance the employee experience

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in HR, min 3 years’ experience on similar roles
  • Relevant HR Certification or Training may be a plus
