  • Coordination with VSC on enrollment execution
  • Proactive broker & customer outreach
  • Stewardship strategy & preparation
  • Single point of entry for Brokers
  • Broker & Customer Escalations
  • “Natural Work Team” Quarterback
  • Renewal consultation, Plan Design consultation
  • Broker Administrator Training
  • Processing of broker commission paperwork

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • 5 plus years’ experience in customer/broker service
