Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of developers/engineers. This includes coaching, mentoring and people management
• Requirements understanding, Estimation, project tracking for multiple projects on the platform
• Platform management including reviewing changes on the platform and keeping the platform stable, healthy and up to date.

Requirements:

Experience:

 Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT

Skills:

• Must have worked in system integration area connecting systems using microservices, apis, batches
• Must have worked as a lead to build and deliver multiple simultaneous projects.
• Must know Japanese insurance processes. A prior experience of working in Insurance company is preferred
• Must have people management experience

Preferable:

• Programming skills in at least one programming language
• CICD, DevOps automation experience using Bamboo,Bitbucket,Jenkins etc
• Cloud experience preferred MS Azure
