Role Description
This position is for Lead ESB Developer into the Enterprise Integration Team. The role include analyzing Integration requirements, design Integration components and doing development of Services/APIs on IBM Integration Bus/ App Connect Enterprise.

Minimum Qualification

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience 
• At least 8 years of developer experience with IBM Integration Bus
• At least 3 years of experience with IBM MQ
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, ESQL, DFDL,XML, XSLT mapping and usage of SOAP,HTTP and JMS protocols
• Experience in system integration, technical sizing, high availability aspects, integration best practices
• Integration knowledge of event based integration, pub-sub, and request-reply, synchronous-asynchronous
• Must have hands on experience is implementation CICD for IIB Applications/APIs.
• Deep knowledge of IBM Integration Bus product in all areas (Dev,Admin).
• Nice to have IIB Administration skills, IIB certification and JAVA,J2EE background
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Additional experience around API Connect, Datapower will be nice to have.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
