Our Team

Our team - Project Management - is the professional team that lead a strategic project for our growth and bring into the success. As project management professional, the vision raised in our team is “We maximize our stakeholders’ satisfaction, deliver projects successfully, and be an instrumental team for company’s growth and progress” . we believe that our team is attractive in making close collaboration with key stakeholders (VP, etc), involving in initial phase of a project, having you in company’s direction and strategy from Executives. In addition, not only pursuing outside, but you are able to have the opportunity to grow and build your career path internally in deepening financial knowledge and making the connection with multiple Stakeholders.

 

Our team has been reorganized into 4 unit based on business domain (e.g. 1. Operation, 2. Distribution, 3. Product, 4. Central PMO and enabling function). You can engage with a project from End to End, building close relationship with stakeholder, leveraging merit based on the unit team.

 

We are currently looking for experienced Project Manager to lead and support the strategic projects.

 

Principal Responsibilities: Comprehensive Project Management

You are assigned as a team leader for a strategic project and instrumental role in managing and leading the execution, building a rapport with leaders and project members in IT and business, and also have the responsibility for the Team development and members’ growth. Specifically:

 

    • Project Initiation Prep, creation of various materials (Roadmap, WBS, governance structure, report template, materials for the discussion/report for the management, Minutes, etc.)
    • Stakeholder Management (Build the way of partnership with Senior Management, Support for Project Lead, etc)
    • Expectation Management for Sponsor and Stakeholder, Progress, Risks and Issues Management
    • Cost and Budget Management
    • Coaching for Junior member in your team

 

 

Required Experience

  • 10+ years work experience or equivalent skills
  • 5+ years project management experience (experience working from Initiation to Closing in project phase is preferable)
  • Definition of Project Governance to project
  • Experience playing as Leadership in Project or Experience working as People Manager in your team
  • Creation of Various reporting material (incl. Executive reporting)
  • Deep Understanding of Project Management Methodology

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English (Business level in Both)
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level and in a diverse community
  • Work experience using English
  • Skills making a presentation in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

 

Other Preferred Skills and Experience

  • PMP, Prince2 and Agile Certified
  • Experience in Agile Development
  • Experience in System Development and Development Management
  • Risks and Issues Management using tools like JIRA, etc
  • Experience working in Financial Industry (Insurance)
  • Experience working in diverse team
  • Experience as Business Analysist or Experience in Requirement Definition
