Role Value Proposition: 

The Treasury Operations Associate assists in the development and integration of various internal Treasury systems with external banking services/systems to bring efficiency, cost saving and overall control to the various Lines of Business.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Ensures quality processes and customer satisfaction in processing of collection, disbursement and bank account management activities.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of various bank and financial institution relationships.
  • Functions as primary contact to resolve any operational problems in daily collection, disbursement and cash management activities.
  • Coordinate bank account administration and balance reporting management to ensure company cash accounts are monitored and reported in bank administration system.
  • Assists in the preparation of management presentations and participates in special projects.
  • Reviews and monitors banking and cash management costs.
  • Processes bank account change requests.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of related Treasury or Finance experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles, fundamentals and techniques of cash management.
  • Thorough understanding of financial theory, applications and financial statement analysis.
  • Analytical and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel modeling (including Analysis ToolPak) and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
