Perform IT audits, third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, large-scale implementation of processes and systems and identify project risks (10%); review critical IT controls related to network security, software development life cycle, data backups, logical access, physical access, encryption, incident management, endpoint protection, and information lifecycle management for IT systems that support various business processes (10%); draft audit deliverables, including work papers, findings summary, and audit reports that meet departmental and professional standards of quality (10%); perform audits in privacy, data governance, and third-party risk management from both business and Information Technology (IT) standpoint (15%); participate in and deliver audit assignments, including planning, execution, and reporting to ensure that technology and related business risks are identified, reported, and appropriately managed (10%); define audit test procedures and obtain appropriate evidence to test the controls for effectiveness (10%); identify audit issues, perform root cause analysis, document for review by management, and identify opportunities for improvement in risk mitigation and in design effectiveness of controls (10%); design customized reports with complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis of internal audit data (5%); assist in performing internal audit department-wide special projects (5%); identify data for analytics, acquisition, manipulation, transformation, and validation and translate business problems into analytics solutions (5%); partner with regional and offshore audit team members, data analytics resources, and management to evaluate and test the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls (5%); and perform follow-up on action items for audit findings and recommendations (5%).

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or accounting (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in IT audits, third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, large-scale implementation of processes and systems, and identifying project risks. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following: performing audits in data governance, applying audit sampling and testing methodologies and risk management; reviewing Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) and application controls related to technology infrastructure, processes, and applications; reviewing critical IT controls related to network security, software development life cycle (SDLC), physical access, encryption, incident management, endpoint protection, and information lifecycle management for IT systems; and identifying project risks and initiating appropriate action plans to mitigate them and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to assess overall project performance.
