Role Value Proposition: 

Analyze, validate, and process intermediate to moderately complex non-financial transactions and basic financial transactions.  Explains all decisions made on policy changes or issues and provides detailed supportive documentation.  Responds to basic to complex inquiries, resolves simple to complex transactions.    



Key Responsibilities:  

Performing daily processing of Post Issue transactions including but not limited to surrenders, withdrawals, annuitizations, etc. 



Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of company operations, insurance products, lines of business, relevant regulations, and administrative systems.  Strong knowledge of supported business functions, processes/procedures, workflow, systems, and transactions.  Strong data analysis skills.  Strong attention to detail.  Proficient communication skills.  Excellent people skills. 



  • High School Diploma
  • 3 - 5 years Annuity, Life, or IDI Operations experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle complexity, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate customer-centric focus and strong partnering skills
