Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation.  This role, for a Manager, Benefit Claims Operations, will be responsible for the administration and servicing of insurance and/or savings plans for clients. Create and maintain plan documents and agreements for new defined contribution plan sales.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manages staff and supervisors responding to basic to large and complex client service issues.
  • Manages staff and technology to ensure a consistent approach to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient documentation.
  • Amend and restate existing documents.
  • Ensure that client, legislative, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with a variety of key internal and external partners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • High School diplomas
  • 8+ yrs. related experience

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s  degree
  • 11+ yrs. related experience
  • NASD Series 6
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Advanced problem solving abilities. 
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus.
