Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation.  This role, for a Manager - Benefit Calculations, will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and service excellence for our benefits customers. Facilitate a working dialog with clients and internal business partners in order to provide innovative solutions to the needs of our Benefits clients.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for managing teams engaged in fielding customer inquiries and responding to queries, complaints, and issues.
  • Manage team of supervisors and individuals ensuring effective billing processes for single product customers.
  • Manage implementation process for accounts ranging from small to large and complex.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • High School diplomas
  • 8+ yrs. related experience
  • 5+ yrs leading people / projects

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s  degree
  • 11+ yrs. related experience
  • FINRA Series 6
  • Advanced understanding of products, services, processes, and systems.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Advanced problem solving skills. 
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus.
