Role Value Proposition:

Respond to telephonic inquiries from policyholders and other customers, as well as preparing standard and original correspondence regarding a wide variety of topics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation of standard correspondence to policy holders and customers, as directed. Uses form letters and other tools to respond to routine inquiries.
  • Assists in the compilation of information on changes to policy, relevant plan provisions and applicable rules in order to produce correspondence.
  • This position will also assist in the support of the claims department Image and Workflow system. Duties will include the receipt, sorting, and scanning of mail items as well as associated system tasks.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • High school diploma
  • 1-2+ years of work experience



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of company operations, policy and contract provisions.
  • Basic knowledge of PC equipment and software programs.
  • Basic knowledge of customer information systems.
  • Basic customer service and communication
