The HR Business Consultant role will lead in the delivery of all change affecting employees. This position partners with leaders on workforce planning (staffing, retention, geographic footprint, career pathing), as well as employee engagement and organizational design/ development in strategic support of the business. In addition, this role will broker services from HR Centers of Expertise to deliver in the areas of data analytics, compensation, learning and development, talent management and acquisition, and diversity & inclusion in support of business goals.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Serve as a solution minded thought leader and HR interface for business leaders.
  • Coordinate and manage various HR resources and programs such as Learning, Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness and Total Rewards to assess, develop, and deliver timely and relevant solutions for assigned area of responsibility. 
  • Analyze and present key metrics insights to address business results, goals and objectives and make recommendations to drive targeted action plans to address areas of opportunity
  • Partner with the leadership team to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning efforts through coaching, counseling, and development efforts.
  • Provide direction and influence to enable leaders to manage the business, handle enterprise change and lead organizational transformation.
  • Keep leaders and employees informed of HR policies and administrative practices, and of proposed changes that will affect their operational effectiveness; work with HR Leaders to devise and develop effective communication between and among management and employees on all policy changes.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience partnering with clients/business leaders to achieve results.
  • Successful track record working collaboratively within matrix-organization and/or cross-functionally.
  • Solid communication skills with ability to lead and influence change and transformatio
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of HR Management and process.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • General business acumen; industry-related experience preferred.
  • Solid communication skills with ability to lead and influence change and transformation.
