Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.   

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Accurate and Timely production of Benefit Summaries used during customers open enrollments for our <1,000 lives book of business. 
•    Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Benefit Summaries produced by Robotics or One Click
•    Ensure that Benefit Summary forms are active and work with Forms Team on updates so that form can be filed prior to expiration  
•    Conduct or assist with training for Service Partners on the Benefit Summary Process (checklist completion)
•    Handle escalations with a sense of urgency   
•    Work with Robotics Team to increase the percentage of Benefit Summaries completed by the bots. 

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
•    Strong PC skills, including experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, WebEx and internet skills
•    Strong Customer Service Skills
•    Strong Communication Skills
•    Team Player
•    Works well under pressure
•    Demonstrated ability to work to a high-quality standard
•    Quick Learner
•    Strong Problem Solving Skills

Preferred:
•    High school diploma
•    1-2+ years of  work experience
