Role Value Proposition: 

This position utilizes regulatory reporting guidelines to prepare required Statutory financial reports. Requires specialized knowledge of a range of Statutory Regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Prepares regulatory reports of accounting activities, such as STAT Securities Schedules, Supplemental Schedules, STAT Footnotes, and AVR & RBC. 
  • Provide answers and/or ad hoc reports to various departments (i.e. RBC and AVR team, State Examiners, Financial Reporting, Portfolio Managers) as requested. 
  • Prepares documentation of processes and procedures. 
  • Prepares journal entries.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Experience with PAM and Booke (Regulatory Reporting Software) desired
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access desired. 
  • Financial Reporting experience desired
  • Investment Accounting experience required
  • Previous experience with Statutory reporting desired
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and communication skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with aggressive timelines



  • At least 3 years of relative working experience
  • Regulatory Reporting Knowledge



  • Securities and Investments Experience
  • Strong working experience of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Experience with PAM and Booke (Regulatory Reporting Software)
