Role Value Proposition:

We’re looking for unique talent with fresh perspectives that can propel innovation. In this role you will be responsible for daily administration and policy support for Group Billing and Remittance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes transactions timely and maintains accurate policy records including eligibility data
  • records including eligibility data. 
  • Maintains data in the administrative systems; troubleshoots and corrects data issues.  Works various transaction error reports and queues.
  • Processes financial transactions by SLA including allocations, withdrawals, loans, fund transfers, reinstatements and 1035 exchanges.
  • Processes demographic, beneficiary, ownership and assignment changes, return mail and completes other miscellaneous participant level updates.

 Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced level subject matter expert who exercises discretion and independent judgment in the work completed.
  • High School Diploma required



  • Bachelor’s degree
