Role Value Proposition: 

The role of a Sales Coordinator is to provide cross-market support functions across both Regional and Local markets in a field office(s). As a Sales Coordinator you will help with pre-sale processes, running requests for proposals, and assisting with questionnaire documents.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Under immediate and direct supervision of Manager, provides pre-sale support to assigned Sales team members by participating in and coordinating the RFP process, prospect submission, managing key due dates, and delivery of responses. 
  • Working with internal and external partners to manage responses for RFPs, supplemental questionnaires and any peripheral documentation necessary to provide a complete bid response.
  • Preparing presentation materials, and requesting reports to supplement RFP responses.
  • Own with detail and keen accuracy the internal notification of new sales.
  • Closeout and reporting of final sales for financial reporting.
  • Maintenance of office machinery, ordering and maintenance of marketing materials, ability to navigate internal systems to look up pertinent customer information.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • State Notary license, or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment
  • Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure, prioritizes a high volume of work to meet required deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize numerous responsibilities at once
  • Ability to work well with others as well as independently
  • High School diploma



  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • Ability to learn new systems and maneuver within multiple complex systems at same time
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively

The wage range for applicants for this position is $25 - $30/hr.  This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
