Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation.   This role, for an Executive Assistant, will provide support to VP and staff while also liaising with executive admins across Latin America, and within the US, to arrange meeting logistics both onsite and offsite at other MetLife locations. 

    

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Answers telephone calls, take messages, assemble and collate materials for distribution and maintain contact lists.
  • Calendar Management which includes set up and scheduling of meetings across multiple calendars and time zones, booking and managing travel (including international arrangements); submitting and reconciliation of expense reports
  • Meetings: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, including, on-site /off-site meetings, producing and distribute correspondence and capturing meeting minutes and generation of reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ yrs. related experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ yrs. related experience.
  • Microsoft  Office (Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus.
  • Portuguese Language
