As a Product Manager, we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in digital consumer services and is passionate about building a business that will change the legal space forever. The manager will be responsible for delivering on our mission of creating the world’s best consumer legal service. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s future.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Passionately lead the strategy, planning and execution of our product roadmap as well as managing the end-to-end product development process
  • Lead a distributed team of product managers and designers and partner with engineering, customer service, marketing and legal to create distinctive experiences people love
  • Responsible for enhancing how we learn from customers and identifying new ways to improve their lives, including expanding our product portfolio to new services and features.
  • Rapidly build rapport with new people and teams
  • Act as a valued partner with strength and honesty

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer software as a service or fintech
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills; able to drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of strong performance in organizations with a high-performing consumer SAAS product culture
  • Demonstrated success as a values-based leader who can build and maintain a culture of empowerment, ownership and accountability
  • Experience in top-tier management consulting
